Salary: €65,000-€75,000 plus bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid Role and travel to multiple clinics
Summary of Job Purpose and Function
The Veterinary Support Partner is responsible for maintaining and elevating clinical standards in Village Vets through the provision of training, education, and clinical advice. This role supports various departments, ensuring strategic goals are met, and provides leadership and mentorship to veterinary professionals, enhancing their skills and promoting best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Training and Development:
- Facilitate and deliver quality clinical training to support superior clinical standards.
- Deliver VetVision, our new graduate program, ensuring its continuous improvement
- Understand and uphold advancements in clinical standards
Interdepartmental Support:
- Provide clinical advice ensuring alignment with clinical best practices
- Support clinic leadership teams to maintain high standards of veterinary practice
Mentoring and Coaching:
- Mentor and coach clinical teams supporting best practices and commercial objectives
- Assist with talent acquisition and nurture veterinary professionals
Leadership:
- Provide leadership to clinical teams, aligning their efforts with clinical quality and commercial goals
- Set personal development plans, goals, and targets for veterinary staff, conducting regular reviews to ensure progress
Regulatory and Governance Support:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support clinical governance
- Develop and support comprehensive CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programs for clinical staff, advising on further education to foster career development
Business KPIs Support:
- Support the achievement of key business KPIs contributing to the overall clinical quality offered by Village Vets
Education, Experience, and Skills:
