MARKETING ASSISTANT job available
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to develop and expand our social media presence, client engagement processes and brand awareness.
Job Description
- Expand our marketing and public relations portfolio while managing all aspects of the clients experience with Village Vets.
- Develop a greater brand awareness through on and off site activities, events, partnerships and all relevant PR and media channels.
- Expand our social media reach and engagement across all relevant platforms.
- Engage clients through enhanced communication and activities.
Skills Required
- Experience in marketing & PR of a service.
- Project management experience, able to plan effectively and deliver on time.
- Ability to work with all social media platforms, creative software including Adobe, Canva, mailchimp, hootsuite and video editing software.
- Engage with media contacts and be able to secure relevant coverage for the brand.
- Commercial acumen
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, consumer focused environment
- Fast learner and continually develop self
- Demonstrates personal accountability for delivering
- Ability to energize people

- The ability to demonstrate the ease and quick learning various softwares.

- The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners and suppliers.

Details: The position is based in our Support Office in Dunboyne, Co Meath however the sucessful candidate will be required to visit our clinics and attend offsite events at various locations. Some of these events are on weekends. This is a full time, one year contract position.
Salary: Dependent on experience
