Head Veterinary Nurse – Just Cats Clinic | Dublin

Location: Clonsilla, Dublin

Reports to: Lead Vet 

Salary: 40k starting

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Just Cats, Dublin’s only feline-only clinic. We pride ourselves on providing stress-free, cat-friendly care through specially trained staff and gold-standard facilities.

About Just Cats:

Just Cats, founded in 2014 as part of Village Vets, is Dublin’s only feline-only practice.
At Just Cats, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of animal care in a calm and cat-focused setting as proud holders of the ISFM gold standard award for cat-friendly care. Our team is passionate about feline medicine and welfare, and we strive to create a positive experience for both patients and their owners. All staff are specially trained in feline care, with many pursuing advanced qualifications.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within a dedicated feline practice. You will work alongside exceptional veterinary professionals in a supportive, high-quality environment, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.

About You:

• Qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
• Strong interest in feline-only practice
• Highly motivated, hard-working, and a team player
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering gold-standard patient and client care

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the clinic
• Lead and support the nursing team
• Maintain high clinical standards in line with Village Vets and Veterinary Council of Ireland guidelines
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Vet and wider team
