About the Role

• Perform a wide range of first‑opinion orthopaedic surgeries
• Provide second‑opinion orthopaedic consultations and case advice across Village Vets clinics
• Manage the orthopaedic email service, offering timely support and ensuring steady surgical caseload flow
• Investigate and manage cases thoroughly prior to referral, maintaining accurate clinical records
• Deliver high‑quality after‑care and ensure smooth clinical handovers
• Support an excellent client experience across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with clinic teams to uphold Village Vets’ standards of care

About You

• Hold an MVB or equivalent and current VCI registration
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in small animal orthopaedics
• Be competent in a range of orthopaedic surgeries, including TPLO, TTA/CWLO, TTT, FHO, and fracture repairs
• Offer confident second‑opinion advice on radiographs and case management
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make sound clinical decisions
• Hold (desirable) an Advanced Certificate in Small Animal Surgery (Orthopaedic)
