Our Exotics Service is led by experienced clinicians Claire Green MVB GPCert(ExAP) and Estrella Bujalance DVM MSc (Exotic Veterinary Medicine), both of whom hold advanced qualifications in Exotic Animal Practice. They provide expert care tailored to the unique needs of exotic pets, including rabbits, reptiles, birds, and small mammals.
From routine health checks to complex medical and surgical treatments, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of exotic species.
Our exotics service is based in our Bray South clinic. Our clinic is fully equipped with specialised facilities, including exotic dentistry tools, dental radiography, on-site ultrasound, digital radiography, in-house laboratory services, and surgical capabilities. We also have species-specific wards designed to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay for all exotic patients.

Our Ashbourne branch joined the Village Vets family in 2008 and we moved to our shiny new site in 2024, which is well equipped with modern facilities including an in-house laboratory, diagnostic equipment such as x-rays, dental x-rays and ultrasonography, four consult rooms and two surgical theatres.
