Our veterinary Laparoscopy service is led by Roberta D’Antone, GPCert (FelP) (End). One of the very few, if not the only, vet in Ireland with a formal postgraduate qualification in both endoscopy and endosurgery. Awarded her certificate in 2022, Roberta brings advanced training and a strong clinical focus on minimally invasive techniques to every case.
As a member of the Veterinary Endoscopy Society, Roberta is committed to delivering precise, low-impact diagnostic and surgical solutions for your patients. Whether you’re managing chronic GI cases, respiratory diagnostics, or surgical referrals, we offer a collaborative, high-standard service you can trust.
Our Ashbourne branch joined the Village Vets family in 2008 and we moved to our shiny new site in 2024, which is well equipped with modern facilities including an in-house laboratory, diagnostic equipment such as x-rays, dental x-rays and ultrasonography, four consult rooms and two surgical theatres.
